Foxwar is a MMPOG (Massive Multiplayer Online game) where your purpose is to click your link and build your way up to the top by fighting amongst other competitors. You start out by sending your links out into cyberspace and by getting people to click them. Getting people to click your links will advertise the game, give you money, power and subordinates.
Every Turn (hour) you will gain additional money and attacks. You will use this money to buy items to make your character stonger. With attacks, you can steal money from other players and if they do not have enough money on hand, break their weapons.
Depending on your league, there are different ways to win the game. If you are in Competitive League, you can win the game by having the most money in hand by the end of the Round (Month), at which point all stats reset and the Round Restarts. If you are in Professional Playing League, you win by being at the top of the Ranking Ladder at any given moment. At the end of the year, a winners are decided. Players can also vote for The Player Of The Year! Role Playing League is our older league for players that want to build their stats forever. Professional League Replaced this league to provide a more balanced level of play.
Look, we need rules, without them, how could the game be fair? So here they are;
Only one account per league. ( The term used is "multis" )
Do not scam other players!
No Spamming Your Links! ( this includes; emails, chats, software, IM, etc )
No Proxies!
All clicks must come from a person viewing your click page.
You will only get credit from the same person clicking on your link ONCE a day.
Any kind of automated clicking where your click page is not 100% visible to a is NOT ALLOWED unless approved by us!
Any kind of automated script, program, or system that automates ANY part of the game is NOT ALLOWED.
You can NOT use fraudulent, unauthorized, or stolen funds to buy points.
Do not use any method which will cheat our system!
Do not attempt to hack anyones account!
Do not log into anyones account but yours!
If you break these rules we have the right to FREEZE you! When we freeze a player, we strip them of all their stats and reset them to 0, at which point they will be unable to compete for a month! This can be very devasting in the Role Playing League where stats never get reset or the Professional League when you have built up many months of stats. So just do not do it!
You have 2 links that you can advertise amd or click yourself. One will give you additional money (shown below) and the other will give you additional power. Once logged in, you can view these links on your status page! These links can also get other people to sign up underneath you, called subordinates.
This link will award additional money if clicked!
Some things you should know about links;
You may click your own link at least once in a game day.
You may only receive a click every 30 seconds.
If you are clicking someone's link, you must wait 5 minutes before you can click another Foxwar link.
When you advertise your links on the internet and you get people to click your link, you could very well get someone to signup underneath you. This happens becuase they see the signup information underneath your confirmation page and your link landing page. They may be curious to see what the game is about or you may know this person and got them to signup under you. Everyone that signs up under you will become your subordinates and you will gain one click for every 3 clicks they get!

Power is used in the game to determine your strength agaisn't other players. You have 3 ways of acquiring power.
Power From Clicks: When someone clicks on your power link, you will gain one additional power.
Power From Items: You may purchase items with your in game money which could raise your overall power.
Power From Points: You may spend your points on power in the player point shop.
There are 2 types of power. Your base power from clicks and point upgrades and your Overall Power which comes from purchasing items with your in game money!

Money is the most important commodity in the game. There are 3 ways in which money can be stored;
Money In Hand: Money that you have in your hand is like money that you are carrying around with you at all times. Here is what you can be done with money in hand;
Buy items in your shop
Donate money to your crew
Stolen by other players
Used to calculate in the winner at the end of the game
Money In Bank: Money that you store in the bank is protected from all players at all times. You cannot do anything in other then store it. If you need to store more money, then you will have to use points to upgrade it.
Money In Crew Treasury: Money can be donated to your crew. Your crew also has the option to tax you which is based on a percentage that the crew leader may set in their crew profile page. This tax is taken when you attack other players. A crew may use their money for the following;
